ESTATES/TRUSTS/MEDICAID PARALEGAL POSITION Effective 2/12/07, the Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. The candidate should be computer adept, have the ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented. Salary will be based upon experience and qualifications. A bachelor's degree with paralegal certificate or an associate's degree in paralegal studies is preferred, although consideration will be given to a candidate having commensurate work experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in government benefit programs (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare, etc.) and/or tax and estates administration (e.g. state and federal personal income tax returns, IRS forms 706, 709 1040, and fiduciary income tax returns).
